She ioins from MagicBreaks

Vertical Systems have announced the appointment of Faye Clarke as customer services manager.

Clarke joins from MagicBreaks, where she had been since 2019.

She brings a wealth of travel expertise and experience, having previously worked at Coop Travel/Thomas Cook for 8.5 years.

Clarke will be remote based but will attend the head office for "frequent touch points".

Reporting into sales director, Darren Manning, and CTO David Becker, she will be "fundamental" to Vertical Systems ‘customer first’ approach as it looks to roll out a variety of new products and integrations this year.

Darren Manning, sales director of Vertical Systems, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Faye, having previously worked closely with Faye when she was at Thomas Cook and then to a lesser extent in her time at MagicBreaks.

“She has exceptional contacts within the industry and superb knowledge of our own products, having used a great number of them for many years.

“Faye joins us during a really exciting period, and she will be key to helping us engage with our long term, partners and customers with a key focus to enhance the operators available in the booking import and new integrations following on from our great work with the team at Dreamlake.”

Clarke added: "I have used the Tarsc booking system since my first day at Coop travel over eight years ago, therefore I am excited to now be working for the leading Travel technology company in the industry and supporting Vertical Systems valued customers.”
